strange anomalies on the chart

Hello, I'm using Rithmic. Yesterday, my positions closed spontaneously at 10:00 PM European time. Today, I'm experiencing some anomalies, as some reversal positions appear on the chart. However, the log is fine. The positions on the chart connect with the previous position, and the reversal positions appear. I don't know how to reset it, but I know something's wrong. Please help.
