I made a wire transfer on Sunday around 18:00 CET to the designated Belgian bank account for Sierra Chart funding. As of now, the funds are not yet reflected in my account balance. I understand that weekend processing and bank settlement cycles can cause delays, but I wanted to open a ticket proactively to track the transfer and understand the expected processing timeline. All banking details were entered correctly. Could you please confirm whether the transfer is pending on your side, and if any additional information is required from me?
