Am I the only one having this problem ? As a test , I delete and redownload data from ES - and then click on my youtube to refresh - and then its not responding... Sierra chart only use 2.5mbps of my bandwith , and I have 80 mbps. I wonder what is happening , i try to debug it with gemini , he ask me to do a lot of different config in the network card , but none of that works. Is their a way to reduce the load on the network card when we are updating our data. Just update my Realtek adapter , its better now at bringing back the connection , but still when under SC data load - it freeze all other connectivity to my computer. EDIT - I fix it by reinstalling everything + put sierra chart on his on SSD Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-02-01 07:05:25

We cannot help with this. This is a system specific issue. It has nothing to do with Sierra Chart.

To monitor and optimize my system, I installed the following tools: - HWiNFO64 - LatencyMon - CrystalDiskInfo Always good to check disk firmware versions, BIOS updates, OS updates, etc. From the above, you can gather more info on resource usage on your system. |
