the latest update versions of SC such as 2865 and 2867 started opening time and sales windows for random charts when I re-open or toggle back to a chart book, how do I disable the time and sales window from opening on any given chart where I dont want it? also is this causing more load on computer in terms of data and latency? loading all the time and sales for so many charts unnecessarily? |

This should not be occurring. The only Time and Sales windows that should be opening with a chartbook are those that were open when the Chartbook was saved. Please go through and close any unnecessary Time and Sales windows and then be sure to save the chartbook. Then re-open the chartbook again and let us know if you continue to see incorrect Time and Sales windows opening. issue solved, it started when I upgraded from 2840-50s to 2860s version.....your solution fixed it, close T&S, save CB, close and reopen. thank you
