Chart time axis dissapered on all charts.

Dear Support Team!

I loaded in my chartbook from a different computer, and the time axis went missing.
I checked the settings and I'm pretty sure its not turned off (Even tho I'm having trouble finding that setting now to double check)
The font color is set to white, so it doesn't blend in with the background color.
I attached a picture for clearer understanding, please guide me with it, thank you!

Make sure that chart is active and select Window >> Maximize.

The setting for the timescale is:
Chart Settings >> Scale >> Hide Time Scale
