intraday chart data issue?

hi, all has been working well for the past few months. but i encounter intermittent connection today, starting around 930-950AM. the chart sort of freezes, and data comes in slowly. i tried closing and reopen the app, but still having same issue. the historical intraday download is also slow. just wanna check with your team if the data service has any issue during this time frame? or is it possible to have a status page for the denali data feed? thanks |

There is nothing occurring with our data feeds at this time, nor was there any issue earlier today. In general, there is rarely an issue with the connections to our data feed, but if there is, then we would post a Sticky at the top of the Support Board letting people know the issue. We see that your Internet connection is showing as originating in Kuala Lumpur, so we would first recommend checking to see if there is any general Internet issues in your location.
