after installing v2865 2 of my 3 chartbooks (that auto-start) are destroyed, not the important chart-settings, but the T&S was deleted and the DOM-settings changed to standard. Not that much to reset, but annoying. I went back to v2862 and had to set it up as it was before.

There are backup Chartbooks available:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File

You do not have to set up or re-create your Chartbooks.

You simply need to go back to your previous version use a backup Chartbook. (Help >> Install Previous version).

We did testing to ensure that the Time and Sales window will display, as it was previously configured. So we are not sure what the issue is in your case.

And there are definitely no changes with any DOM related settings but we are not sure what settings you are referring to. What settings are you referring to? There are no changes with these.

Yes I did the version roll-back, but it didn't work like you said: the T&S were gone (which is no problem) and the DOM just showed the standard DOM (that I get if I use a new DOM), I had to set it up as it was before, it was not a lot of work, but I just wanted to let the developers know that there is a problem and because the same issues happened on both of my pc's it should be a general problem. All 3 chartbooks were set to open on start (same chart-books with different instruments), but just the far right chart-book didn't change anything (just to let you know)

We have definitively confirmed there is no problem with this:
and the DOM just showed the standard DOM (that I get if I use a new DOM), I had to set it up as it was before, it was not a lot of work, but I just wanted to let the developers know that there is a problem
We do not know why you had an issue or what the circumstances were in your case.

Yep, I also don't know what causes this issues, but if exact same problems happen on 2 different computers, it just can be the update, but no problem I can live with it and have set up my chart-books and hope the next updates will not cause it again. It worked fine with update over 1 year, so I will wait and don't update the next fex releases.

Regarding this:
the T&S were gone (which is no problem)

We did additional testing, and the Time and Sales windows are displayed in their previous state, when opening an older Chartbook in newer versions of Sierra Chart. So we do not see any issue with this either.

We do not know why you had an issue or what the specific circumstance was.

OK, thank you, perhaps the problem is that I open 3 chartbooks with the open, all 3 with the same settings (accept IB and OR)just with different instruments but as said just the far right one works as it should (with 2865). So no problem I stay with 2862 for now.

This does not matter, the number of Chartbooks being opened.

Ok thank you, now I saw others report the same or similar issues with the DOM, the trade-window goes away (I guess they don't know that also the DOM settings change)

Yes, we now understand that the reason you had trouble with child window states in Chartbooks is because you are doing a Save All operation, while multiple Chartbooks are open and some are hidden. So there was not a problem on the initial update. But subsequent to it under this condition.

The way in which other users were reporting something similar, was different.

And we do not have any reports of any issues with the Chart DOM settings, and there are no changes with those.
