Floating Control bars always visible

Hi, since upgrading to version 2862 if I minimize the main SC window, a sub-instance window or a detached chart window, all FLOATING Control bars stay visible on the desktop in their original position; this did not happen before the upgrade, is there any solution? (Open GL not enabled) Thanks
