Make Recent Bid/Ask volume background colour bars take up entire height of row

I have a DOM with a two tick compression that has recent bid and recent ask columns next to each other however there is the background colour above and below each row, i want this to be continuous with the row above/below how can i do this? the studies on the lefthand side are vbp volume and delta with ticks per volume bar set to 2, their text font size is set to 10, removing them makes no difference Thanks! https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1768654392664.png |
