My trades not being Accepted

I have been out for a week and I find that when I log into my account to trade I am logged into a SIM1 account. When I change this to my account my trades are reject. I don't see any error messages tha t would explain this.

Have you disabled Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On?

Is there any error displayed in Trade >> Trade Service Log when submitting the order.
