Feature Request: Center-Center Text Alignment for Market Depth Historical Graph

Dear Sierra Chart Team,

I’m writing to suggest a small but impactful improvement to the Market Depth Historical Graph. Currently, the text within the graph’s bars look like top-center alignment, which can reduce readability when analyzing depth data.

I request adjusting the text alignment to center-center (both vertically and horizontally centered within each bar). This change would make the text more intuitive to read and align with standard data visualization best practices for bar graphs.

Curious @JEROME7968, as a test, do you see a difference with opengl off? I think there is extra space below opengl characters. I'm still investigating this myself...
