wrong DOM display on sell side

there is something strange with DOM values of Sell side. The appear bellow current price. The whole DOM is really strange, see https://prnt.sc/tKa8CmA-jygH I am on delayed denalli data feed, MNQ futures |

Check to make sure you have the proper columns displayed. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns (Chart Specific) If the column is either "Ask Size" or "Ask Size/Sell Column", then select "File >> Market Depth Window" and see if the Market Depth showing in that window matches to what you are seeing in the DOM. Also, please tell us what "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to. And let us know if this is occurring in a Sub-Instance. And if so, then do you see the same thing in the main instance that the sub-instance is associated with? Yes, market Depth window shows something else, but i never use it. I use the chart DOM and it is completelly messed up. Also the Market Depth lines and the Market depth historical study copies what is visible (or rather not visible) on the chart DOM. See the screen - https://prnt.sc/EL5EHhfoAASC - SELL side is basically missing. It has never happened to me. I trade with chart DOM all the time. I don't use any sub-instance, it is in main instance. Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service is set on Trading Evaluator - Delayed |
