Hi I could not plance and order today for CL futures contracts. I am reveiving below message: 2026-01-14 14:48:22.502 | TradeActivity files query time: 0.021914 seconds. Entries: 2. Internal Order ID: 7355. Service Order ID: 7545169. Symbol: CLG26_FUT_CME. Account: XXXX If I change contract Symbol to MCLG26_FUT_CME, it is fine. But when I change back to Symbol: CLG26_FUT_CME, it does not work. I saw a another ticket with similar issue with resolution to perform contract roll over, whcih I did, but for me this does not not work. How can I fix this issue? That message is stating that the G 2026 contract for CL is no longer allowed to trade with Teton. The last trading date was January 11, 2026. You need to change to the H (March) contract and trade that contract. As to CL versus MCL, officially MCL stops trading one day prior to CL, so we would expect the opposite to occur. But, in the end, these end of trading dates are controlled by your broker. So you would need to ask them regarding further insight into this. hi Error message is wrong, G contract is the correct one. I can trade on micro contract (MCLG26_FUT_CME) without any problem and I traded on G contact yesterday. "H" contract series will available from tomorrow 15.01.2025 and anyhow "G" should be valid until Friday. |

Hi after rollover to "H" error disappeared, but as I said in previous message, "G" should be still active, unless until this Friday |

You would need to talk to your broker about the dates. They control this.
