When I switch between the tools the cursor does NOT change until I move the mouse

Dear Ńolleagues! I have two requests for you. 1. I use hotkeys to switch between tools: 'Pointer', 'Values/Crosshair' and 'Hand'. The cursor of the chosen tool changes only after I move the mouse. Please reflect my selection when mouse remains at rest. 2. Please change both cursors for 'Hand' in order that they will be somehow different from the ones of 'Pointer', f.e. when left mouse button is released this could be an open hand and when it is pressed - a fist (drag-mode).
