Missing data after closing and opening chartbook

Hi there, I have a strange issue where once I close my chartbook and open it up again, I am missing about a months worth of data. If I then download all of the scid and dly files, restart Sierra chart and translate symbols to current service (not sure why I keep having to do this and this may be part of the problem), then the data is no longer missing. But if I close the chartbook and reopen it again then there is once again a gap in the data. I am running Sierra on MacOS via CrossOver. Kind regards
