Good afternoon, just following up on this ticket. The connectivity bar is green on sierra chart program, but the charts still show a broken feed.

Good afternoon, my usage time had recently expired, and i had to pay to have my account re enabled.
I have connectivity on my upper left hand corner, but the charts indicate no feed.
