Hi, I made a new payment today for the base 5-advanced 3-month plan this morning. But it is a mistake, I need the base 5-advanced 1-month plan. Would you be able to help me correct this and refund me the rest two months? fyi - This is my last month for simulation practice, and I am planning to switch to Service Package 11 next month for live trading with Interactive Brokers. You have a few options as to how to handle this. 1. (recommended) Keep the package as you have it now. You received a 15% discount off the monthly package price by purchasing 3 months up front. You can change your package at any time. So when you are ready to change to Package 11, you can do so. Refer to the following for how to change your package and how it is handled: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package 2. We can refund 2 months of the Usage Time you have purchased, which would be a refund to your Services Surplus balance of $61.20 (i.e. you get refunded at the discount rate). You get the 1 month at the discounted rate this way. 3. We can refund the entire 3 months, and then you can pay the 1 month from there. This results in your paying the highest amount for the packages out of the above options. Let us know how you would like for us to proceed.
