I've got two sierra instances open, one with denali/teton, and the other with rithmic. Have been using this setup for a while but today i'm seeing a errors in downloading intraday data with the rithmic connection, is there anyways to determine if they're currently having issues? I'm on NQ btw.

In the Sierra Chart connected to Rithmic, what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to? If this is set to "No", then we need to ask why you are not wanting to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed in that instance? You can have up to 3 different installations (not sub-instances, completely separate installations) on a single system all getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. And if it is set to "No", then the issue with the data is coming from Rithmic. We have not had any other reports of data issues from Rithmic, but there may still be an issue that we just have not heard about. If it is set to "Yes", then we need to see the Message Log from that installation by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The setting is set to "Yes," but now it started working again after some time. Once it started working again I then did a delete and download intraday data, and everything is there again now.

If you have an issue again, then we would need to see the Message Log.
