I would like to cancel my license effective immediately and would like all $ sent to Sierra Chart via Zelle to be refunded to my original payment method. I understand that there is a $5 processing fee. I made a total of 2x x $46 payments via Zelle to Sierra Chart via Zelle and made a purchase for the Package 11 license and barely used it for 2 hours. Due to the processing fee, I would like to receive $87 back as I will no longer use or interested in using Sierra Chart. One of the payments was made around 00:58am 01/02/2026 PST and did not include a memo with my account name. I understand that it will probably take time as it needs to be manually reviewed but I will like to get my $87 back.
