Hi Sierra Chart Engineering,

Not a blocker, and a refresh or close/open chart fixes it, but the end of chart marker will use its own column (or the price scale is drawn left of the end of chart marker's width) when switching from using Chart Graphics and then switching to using Global Graphics settings. See attached image. Also attached a simple chartbook with the repro. Unsure when this issue appeared and only noticed it in v2846.

We are not able to reproduce this. See the attached images where we use the Chart Graphics and the Global Graphics. In both cases the scale stays in the same place and is not affected by the size of the information in the lower right corner. We tested this on both 2845 and 2847 (the attached images are from 2845).

We are not sure why you would have that extra space showing in the price scale. There is a little bit of space to the right, but it looks like it is a bit more than typical.

Are we understanding your statement correctly that the space on the side changes whether you are using Global Graphics versus Chart Graphics?

Hi John, the extra space shows up when I change from Graphics Settings - Chart and go from unchecked to checked for "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings" and hit Apply.
I expected (when using the chart graphics from the attached chart I provided) the End of Chart marker would have been gray/dark gray. It has color in both your images.
If you think of other things I/we can try to find this "layout/redraw" issue, happy to assist further.

It has color in both the images as we scrolled back so the current bar was not visible. Your chart specific settings have that set as red, which is what you saw in that instance. When the chart was scrolled to the end, the coloring was black, so it was not visible at all.

But, it does not matter, in either case the scale stayed the same for us, where there is a little space to the right, but not what you are seeing.

We could imagine some items that would affect the spacing in the DOM depending on the graphics settings, but these would require another column to be displayed, which you did not have in the chart you sent us.

If you made any modifications to the chart you sent, then please get us the chart again and leave everything as it is - or get us the entire Chartbook and let us know the chart number. You can attach the chartbook privately so others can not access it. Refer to the following:
