When I place a trade in simulated and test moving the stop loss it deletes all other orders. I tried hitting the BE button and again once it's submitted it deletes the bracket ordes. Hesitant to try it live - don't want to brackets to delete when I move my SL.

How do I fix this?

When the stop order fills, it will cancel, its sibling order. But this is all. When you Move the Stop order, does it fill?

Check the Trade Activity Log for this particular stop order:

If another order is getting canceled, check the Trade Activity Log for the origin of the cancellation:

No, it is not when a Stop is filled. It's just when moved at all. Scenario: Place trade -> enter trade -> move stop loss to BE or just above -> hit enter -> everything deletes. No fills just simply moving it at all deletes everything.

I want to be able to move it to break even or trail it manually and it not delete the lines, or entire order. ( This is im SIM - I am hesitant to do a live trade when this is how it's currently sequencing on SIM). Or will it function normally on live?

thank you!

Regarding this:
No fills just simply moving it at all deletes everything.

For one of the orders that is getting canceled, provide us the lines from the Trade Activity Log for that order:
Trade Activity Log: Providing Trade Activity Log Data Lines to Support

We recommend not doing any live trading, until we understand what the problem is. We do not know what the issue is at this time.

"C:\SierraChart\TradeActivityLogs\TradeActivityLog_2025-12-31_UTC.Sim1.simulated - Copy.data"

When I follow the instructins these are the two lines from the most recent simulated tade in the trade activity log. Compressed this into a zip file to upload then you upload screen shows ( I've copied and pasted the upload screen error ) :

Could the error of the stop deleting once moved past entry be in the trade settings OCO or something - (I did detach stop from Parent order)? ***Upon sending it looks like the file attached,

This is what we see:
ActivityType  DateTime  TransDateTime  Symbol  InternalOrderID  OrderActionSource  ServiceOrderID  OrderType  Quantity  BuySell  Price  Price2  OrderStatus  FillPrice  FilledQuantity  TradeAccount  OpenClose  ParentInternalOrderID  PositionQuantity  FillExecutionServiceID  HighDuringPosition  LowDuringPosition  Note  AccountBalance  ExchangeOrderID  ClientOrderID  TimeInForce  Username  IsAutomated
Orders  2025-12-31 09:40:10.518666  2025-12-31 09:40:10.518657  [Sim]ESH26_FUT_CME  411  Canceling order due to sibling fill  411  Limit  1  Buy  692650.0000000    Pending Cancel      Sim1 [Test5]  Close  410            0.00      Good till Canceled    N
Orders  2025-12-31 09:41:56.709415  2025-12-31 09:41:56.709409  [Sim]ESH26_FUT_CME  414  Canceling order due to sibling fill  414  Limit  1  Buy  692775.0000000    Pending Cancel      Sim1 [Test5]  Close  413            0.00      Good till Canceled    N
Orders  2025-12-31 10:10:19.714628  2025-12-31 10:10:19.714622  [Sim]ESH26_FUT_CME  419  Canceling order due to sibling fill  419  Limit  1  Sell  693275.0000000    Pending Cancel      Sim1 [Test5]  Close  418            0.00      Good till Canceled    N

You can see in all of these cases, the orders have been canceled, due to the other order, the Stop order filling.
