I cannot receive type 306 with the quantity of my trade its just 0.

I have a python program and on my laptop my program works perfectly fine, trades show up, but on my desktop, my type 306 message says qty=0.0. I receive the type 301 message upon opening a trade on my laptop but again, the 306 says a qty of 0. It has to be some setting i have on SC. Ive updated, i have allowed trading enabled, protocol server enabled, but I cant seem to figure out why SC is sending me a 306 message with 0 when I place a trade in my DOM. Hopefully someone can help me.
