This is a strange one Sierra Chart Engineering team, Present in v2840 and first noticed in v2842. When I open a 2nd chart book, a phantom window opens with content from the first chart book (spanning multiple charts) and now represented as a window in chart book 2. I can resize this phantom window, and the contents of it never update (see attached). This third window is not listed in the CW menu. Not sure what other info I can give you on this, but can arrange for a demo or take a video for you if that helps. EDIT: if I close the 1st chart book the phantom window goes away. So it's acting like a window always on top or always visible, but as you can see, there is no way this single window should be presenting content from 3 different charts from chartbook 1. We are making a note. This may be a case where, when a window is Hidden, when switching to a different Chartbook, the window hide for a chart is not actually being successful for some unknown reason.

Saw you released v2843. I no longer see the issue reported above.

This is good because we do not know the specific cause. Our explanation of the problem, in post #2, we are fairly sure is correct, but we do not know why that happens. But we did a thorough review of the code, and made some changes. However, we are still concerned maybe the problem exists. Do you have this option set to Yes in Global Settings >> General Settings: Destroy Chart Windows When Hidden: Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. That setting was set to No. Still fixed and "no repro" on v2845 either.
