Can I pause my SC service package?

Hi After taking the SC trial, I have decided to opt for Service Package 11. Since I will be using SC for a few days and then taking a break for 10 days later this month, I fear that I will lose those 10 days from my monthly subscription. I understand that Denali-related feeds can't be paused. But initially, if I subscribe to Service Package 11 every month, starting from 18th Dec, and use it till 20th Dec, that is 3 days. Then, can I pause my usage time midway for 10 days in a monthly subscription & restart from 1st Jan for another 27 days? I tried looking for the related replies, but I couldn't find specific details. Thanks! |

There is no option to "Pause" a subscription. We can refund remaining Usage Time, but we only do this in whole month (31 day) increments. So for the situation you are describing, this would not be possible. In this case, you would need to decide if you want to "lose" those days, or wait until after your time off to start your subscription.
