Changing data to Rithmic

I have changed my AMP Futures and Sierra data feed to Richmic so I can trade with PropShopTrader. I have gone thru the Sierra setup guide and I am connected to PropShop, based on my green bar at the top left of the screen, but I am not getting any live data. What do I need to do to get live data?

The symbols for the charts are not correct for Rithmic. Each service uses a different symbology, and the way you have your symbols set are for the Teton Order Routing Service, which will not work for Rithmic.

Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service" to update the symbols in your charts.

In general, when you are changing services, you are prompted to update the symbols in the charts when you close the Data/Trade Service Settings window. You should answer "Yes" to this.
