reagarding accessing the historical intraday data before 2008

Hi, I've got the sierracharts Integrated Advanced Service package 12. I downloaded the data from 2005 for GC and CL (continuous date rule roleover back adjusted) but on the chart it is showing the 2008 onwards data only (In "delete all data and download" section it is showing all the 2005 onwards contracts). please guide me on how i can load all the data from before 2008?

We are not certain why the system creates the files for the contracts prior to when data is readily available, but the data for GC definitely only goes back to 2008. So what is showing in the chart is as far back as we have data available.
