Hi, I've had an account with SC for a few years now. Recently set up an additional instance/log-in for SC to test and trade CL. I'm trading ES (S&P500) successfully in the original instance of SC.

I have aligned all the global settings between the 2 instances of SC.

I have even copied the chartbook into the original session of SC (where I successfully trade ES) to test it in an environment where I know I don't have a delayed feed.

The VWAP chart and other charts are still showing a delayed feed.

Can you please help.

Symbols - ES Micros MESZ25_FUT_CME
- CL Micros MCLF26_FUT_CME

Current Service Package is 11

Denali data, Teton order routing, Dorman/Stage 5 account

Many thanks

Rob

I guess you don't have Nymex realtime data, that could be the problem with delayed data

As User135243 points out, you do not have the NYMEX exchange setup, so you are not going to get the real-time data for CL, or for any product traded outside of the CME exchange, which is the only exchange you have active to get real-time data.

You can add/change your exchange selections at the following link:

NYMEX is required for real-time CL data. COMEX is for the metals.

Sorry for that - yes it should be NYMEX for CL.

We updated our previous post.
