I there a way to change the same of the sub-instances listed in File/Suninstances instead of sub-instance #2 etc? Thanks

You can not change the order of the sub-instances listed in "File >> Sub Instances" nor can you change the names of the individual items. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
