I'm using Denali Exchange Data Feed but cannot get live data

I have Package 11, & the Denali Data Feed is active. My service is Teton CME Routing [trading]. Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled. Please advise what I need to do to get the live data feed. |

Your Denali Exchange Data Feed is NOT active. The exchange that you had active in November did not renew on December 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.
