Hello Support, After the market open today none of my Quote Boards have its DailyChange and DailyChange% updating. They display zeroes, other columns appear to be updating. I have tried disconnecting and connecting back and even restarting Sierra Chart with no effect. This is happening on 2 different instances on the same machine (one instance is connected to live market, the other one is connected to Sierra Sym trading). On both instances DailyChange and DailyChange% are not updating and displaying zeroes. Other columns are updating. Everything was working fine yesterday. Any suggestion how to address this problem? I am running version 2800 |

This is because there is no previous close price. This must be related to the CME downtime.

Shouldn't in this case Sierra use last available valid closing price (even if this is a day before last one) instead of just displaying zeroes? It would still be better than simply providing no data at all.

That data comes from the exchange, it is not something we calculate. Since the exchange is not sending it, we can not display it.
