[Programming Help] - Connection Failure – Error 10060 / Unable to Reach Teton Routing Servers

Hello, Since last night Sierra Chart has stopped connecting to the Teton routing servers. Nothing has changed on my computer or network configuration. I am receiving repeated 10060 connection timeout errors, and the log shows multiple attempts to connect to: futurestrading10.sierracharts.com → 208.185.224.130 → timeout futurestrading11.sierracharts.com → 216.200.108.154 → timeout futurestrading12.sierracharts.com → 4.8.170.26 → timeout futurestrading13.sierracharts.com → 216.200.108.154 → timeout futurestrading18.sierracharts.com → 4.8.170.26 → timeout All of these attempts time out. The only server that responds is futurestrading11.sierracharts.com, but the system reports: “Secondary instance is not allowing connections to this server.” I have tested everything on my side: Login.sierrachart.com succeeds I receive login tokens normally Denali data feed authorizes correctly Usage date is valid (2025-12-28) No VPN No antivirus Firewall fully open for Sierra Chart Nothing changed on my computer or router Ping to these IPs fails completely, even outside Sierra Chart Because ping fails and I cannot reach the primary Teton servers at all, this appears to be a network routing problem or incorrect server assignment rather than a local configuration issue.
