New account is not working. Or is it? Appears delayed. Calculated values not showing.

Hi. I have a new account as of this morning that is not working. Or is it? It appears to have delayed data. The number bars /footprint charts I created during the trial period are not showing. My calculated valued study--cumulative volume delta table at the bottom--is not showing. I have no idea what is happening, why my account is not working, or how to fix this and make it work. Help making my account functional would be great. I've had a very hard time trying to figure this out. Thanks.

You are getting the Delayed Stremaing Data, as you have not activated any exchanges in order to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data? As to the Numbers Bars, you are on the "Integrated Standard" package, so you do not have access to the Numbers Bars study. You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages in order to use the Numbers Bars study. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages To change your package, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package As to the Cumulative Volume, it depends on what study you are using. You used the word "Table", which makes us wonder if you are using the "Numbers Bars Calculated Values" study, in which case you have the same issue as the "Numbers Bars" study - you need to be on a higher level package. If you are using a different study, then let us know exactly what study you are using.
