I was charged $10.00 + $29.00 + 75.00 within 10 days. Why?

On Nov. 7 I resubscribed to Sierra Charts after being off the platform for 2 years. On Nov. 7th I was charged $10.00. On Nov. 8th I was charged $29.00 to sign up for Denali Exchange and Service Package #10. I understand those charges and am not complaining about them.

What I am concerned about is the $75.00 charge on Nov. 16th. This charge was made to my credit card without specific authorization. Was this a mistake? I'd like to get my money back. I'm OK with paying Sierra Charts $39.00 per month, but not OK with paying $114.00 per month.
