Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for the purchase I made earlier today. It has been less than four hours since the transaction, and despite my best efforts to replicate the setup I had on another platform, I have been unable to achieve the desired result. I initially thought the issue was related to the subscription, which is why I went ahead with the payment. However, due to time constraints, I no longer wish to spend more time attempting to configure what I had on the other platform, as I believe it is not feasible to achieve the same setup on Sierra Chart.

Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of my purchase. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
