HELP! * I have a 2 target bracket (7/24 or 5/20) with a common stop (15) * As my desired price gets close, I place an order by clicking in the buy or sell box next to the price I want to enter trade * When the price hits, only ONE quantity is filled. Both quantities 1 and 2 should fill! When my target is reached, the P/L will show in DPL for the trade that was filled as expected. The other quantity (since my quantity was TWO) is bracketed on the chart itself but has not been filled. * This quantity 2 or leg 2 DOES become active or "filled" only when/if price goes back to original entry (now the BE) * This morning, I got a +7 on a S 26 that retraced to 00. I should have gotten a +24 on quantity 2 (aka my "runner") * This has happened multiple times and I have taken videos and screen shots. I work with a tech guy for our trading group and have paid hundreds of dollars to try and resolve. He has witnessed it too and has completely reinstalled with no luck. He has no idea what to do at this point. * I am attaching my bracket information. IS this set-up incorrectly? Does it have to do with Sibling and Parent-child orders incorrect? PLEASE help me! I have had to quit trading. THX Lynn Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-11-17 21:55:10
