Hey Team.

I´m experiencing a Data delay of about 3sec through Rithmic and Teton.

I´ve tried everything mentioned in the documentation, none of which worked.

I do have a fiber connection and my ping seems normal.

And i´m using the Data Delay funtionality in the chart header.

A delay of 3 seconds would mean that your computer clock is different from the exchange by 3 seconds. It would not be anything to worry about.

To synchronize your computer clock, you can use the NTP (Network Time Protocol) option within Sierra Chart. Refer to the following:
