We do not understand what you are trying to show us in the images. And in general, we do not make comparisons to other systems. Not all data is created equal, but we stand behind ours and we know it matches what the exchanges send. sorry if maybe was disrispectful but i mean in a 5 min candle on NQ each cluster form 5 tick, like increase to 5 tick for reduce the noise of NQ, i already increased the size on volume at price multiplier, but still have diferent numbers, its not the data exchange because we have the same volume and etc equal but the thing is on how is grouping the ticks how can i have a look or change how ticks are being grouping

In order to aggregate the Numbers Bars data into 5 tick groups, you need to change the "Volume at Price Multiplier" to a value of "5". If you have already done this, then we can not say why things are different. There are a lot of items that go into how a chart is produced and where the data specifically goes, so it's nearly impossible to compare between systems, which is why we will not do this. We can help you with specific ways to do something or set something up, but we just will not look at differences between systems as it doesn't go anywhere. And as we stated, we know our data matches the exchange, so there is no point in comparing to another system.
