Hello SC, I have a chart with Date Range Data Limiting Method and it only contains 2 days (Ex: 2025-11-01, 2025-11-02). Now when I click on the chart and I do Download Depth Data From Date Time, a download is triggered as expected, but this data download does NOT stop at the end date of the Chart. If I only need a couple of hours of market depth data to be downloaded why does Sierra download ALL the depth data instead of just what is currently loaded in the chart ? Maybe there is a way to go around this and I would love to know. P.S. I am using ACSIL as well so if there is a function to do this programatically I would like it even better. All the best, |

There is not a way around this. The system is going to download the Market Depth data from the point at which you make the request and going forward to the current time.

Can I request this a feature for a future release? I presume it should be trivial to implement. It seems illogical to have data limiting set to a small date range only to then this limiting to be violated by the data downloaded. It is inefficient to download "all the data" by default instead of the "smallest possible data that satisfies the users needs". In my eyes Sierra has been a beacon of hope in terms of rational design decision thus far, and this kind of seems off. All the best |

We have noted this as a Feature Request. We can not say when we would get to any particular item.
