question... i only get 2 numbers on the bid & ask can anybody tell me why ?

The first thing to note is that you do not have any data setup from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, and it looks like you are connecting to Rithmic. So if that data is coming from Rithmic, then you are not setup to get the Market Depth data from them. You would need to ask your broker about this.
