After I updated to 2803 my Number Bars "background type" of "Diagonal difference bid side volume" is not visualizing inside the bars on any time frame. Volume Profile and any other profile except the Diagonal one's.

That is a weekly chart. If it is not explicitly set to be built from Intraday data, then it is built from Historical Daily data, which does not have the bid/ask information. Therefore, the Numbers Bars does not work with this data. If you want a weekly Numbers Bars, then you need to set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Chart Data Type" to "Intraday Chart Only".
