Rithmic Prop Firm while using denali feeds

Hello, I’m trying to use Denali data for Market and Historical Data, while sending orders through Rithmic. I’ve followed the documentation and multiple tutorials, but something is still not working properly — and I want to be sure I didn’t misunderstand how Sierra Chart handles this configuration. Here is the situation: • Denali data feed is active and enabled in my Sierra Chart account • In Data/Trade Service Settings, I left Market Data and Historical Data blank (empty), because I want to get data exclusively from Denali • I only filled in the Trading Username and Password for Rithmic, as shown in the documentation / screenshots • I am fully signed into R|Trader Pro, and I can see my prop firm accounts correctly listed in Sierra Chart when selecting the trading account • I can load Chartbooks successfully… but the charts do not update at all (no live data, no movement) Important detail: If I switch back to using Rithmic data feed 100% (instead of Denali), everything works fine — charts move normally. And if I use Denali 100% without connecting to Rithmic trading, it also works fine. |

Hm I also have problems with connection my Rithmic (prop) account today, no idea what the problem is. I get "permission denied" and never ending message logs. No idea what's going on. (I use the same setting as you data from Denali and Rithmic just for order-routing and it always works, but today nothing as problems) If I watch your added picture, are you sure that your prop (who ever it is) uses the "Rithmic Paper Trading" server (most have their own server) |

It seems this was a Rithmic-problem. Now everything works fine.

I am having the same issue.... never a problem before today. I pay for package 11+ level 2, etc and want DENALI data, but then have some props underneath... ive lost my [M] and level 2 when i switch to my props. please help Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-11-03 16:33:58

dowkyy: Everything on your account looks good in relation to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so please check that you have "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "Yes". If it is set to "No", then change it to "Yes", select "OK" to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect". You should be fine after this. If that is not it, then let us know. DonkeyFace: You do not have any exchanges active for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The exchange that you had active in October did not renew on November 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.
