In switching to Windows 11 from 10, I needed to change my PC bios from legacy to UEFI. Now some of my charts are missing graphics (arrows) on the charts. The studies are still showing in the Studies page, and the spreadsheets still open when the chartbook does. None are set to hide. Suggestions for how to get the graphics back? If I restore a backup of my setup should that bring them back?

We doubt that this has anything to do with the update to your system. We have plenty of people running Windows 11, including myself, and not having issues with it.

First, make sure that your spreadsheet should be printing something where you think it should. In other words, if a certain column is supposed to show an arrow when the cell is true, then find a cell that is true and relate that to the time of the bar and then make sure the item is there. Also, double check the Draw Style for that subgraph to ensure that it is set properly (i.e. Arrow on High, etc.). It may be that it is drawing an arrow, but at a price like 0 or 1, so you are not able to view it.

If you are certain that a cell is correctly true, and the item is not being drawn, then an item we would like for you to try is changing the setting for supporting OopenGL. If the option is enabled, then disable it, and vice versa. Then restart Sierra Chart and see if this resolves the issue. Refer to the following:
Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
