Footprint chart is very delayed and does not show data

Hello, My footprint chart data is not there and keeps saying delayed, my actually chart page and the market profile page are fine and showing up to date information. How can i resolve this pls? I have tried reloading the charts, resetting the settings and followed a number of steps from the sierra help section but still the same problem. |

Your other charts are also "Delayed", and that is noted in the charts themselves. This is the case as you are on the "Base Advanced" package, and you can not connect to data or trading services on the "Base" packages.
