Hi!
I have tried to apply background transparent color cheme to the yet undeveloped area of the chart.
This was proven to be impossible so far on my side.

I am running a chart only on RTH, tradig NQ contracts. The VWAP bands are drawn and of course I can do whatever I want on the already developed area of the chart.

On the attached image, for example, the Region 1 (already developed) has dark green background color. This region refers to the +1SD to -1SD VWAP bands. I want to apply the same background color to Region 2, which is not yet developed. I can draw extension lines but I cannot apply any color scheme bwteeen these two lines, as I can do in Region 1.

Is there any way to perform this task? Tried everything without success. I need this because the speed of execution is enormous and my eyes are getting crazy specially during the US open.

Regs,
PA

User293951,
Have you looked at the "Time Range Highlight - Transparent" study in Studies8.cpp?

There is not a way to do this with the built-in tools in Sierra Chart.

But, you can do it with a custom study. Refer to the following:
ACSIL Interface Members - sc.Subgraph Array: sc.Subgraph[].ExtendedArrayElementsToGraph
