I set my loss management to lock my treading at 500 and once i hit 500 it exited my position and locked me out. I checked my account and all of them were -500 but i checked again 10 mins later just and all the other accounts besides the main one was -2500 =. How is that even possible? I spent 1,000 on these accounts yesterday man. I c=literally just lost all my money. this has to be some glitch?

We do not know exactly what you mean by "...all the other accounts...". The "Global Profit/Loss Management" is not meant to be used in combination with the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts". This is stated in the last paragraph in this section: Global Profit/Loss Management: Introduction And there are plenty of other warnings on that page about knowing how the Global Profit/Loss Management works in order to use it properly. I went through every account I had and it all had the same loss management criteria enables for -$500. So although I was copy trading I made sure each of the accounts when I clicked on them had it on it. So what happened? Did it take off my attached orders (TP and SL) off? Even if it didn’t lock all my accounts which it should’ve because I checked to see that all were showing as locked which they were. Why did my SL get took off. If it only locked one account did it alter the other accounts orders? Because if it doesn’t and lets it play out my SL should’ve still been in place. Overall I’m not understating how it let all the money bleed out instead of locking the account or at worst letting the SL hit. I made sure the loss management was on all the accounts.

We can not say what occurred. You need to look through your Trade Activity Log and see what it shows in terms of the orders and the positions and what got flattened and what did not.
