Hi, my chart has the numbers bars study added and in times of volatility price skips some ticks up or down; the study shows "0" in both bid and ask but I would rather like to see a gap in the column of bid-ask numbers. A friend of mine has a chart with numbers bars, we both get data from Denali, our study settings are almost identical (except for colors and other graphic settings) but he sees gaps where I see "0-0".
I have not been able to figure out why such difference. And the weird thing is that I have copied his study collection in my Data folder and applied it to my chart but where he would see gaps I now still see "0-0"...
It must be something caused by some Sierrachart general setting, I think.
The attached file shows two charts (same symbol and same time of day), the chart with black background is mine, the one with gray background is my friend's. Do you have any suggestion ? Thanks.

We do not know offhand why you are seeing the zeros. Please get us that chart so we can take a look. Follow these instructions to get us the chart:

One thing we want you to check is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit". Please let us know what this is set to.
