What do I need to use the Number bar Indicator?

You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages to have access to the Numbers Bars study. Refer to the information for the Integrated packages at the following link:

Order rejection

Today, I can place limit orders on the mES, but sometimes when I place a limit order on the mNQ it gets rejected.

This is new for today.

When you have an order rejected, you need to look in the "Trade >> Trade Service Log", as it will give the reason for the rejection in there.

You can post that log to this thread if you want us to look at it, by following these instructions:

Those are normal items and not related to rejections of orders. We would need to see the entire Trade Service Log to see if there is information in it regarding rejections. Please get us the entire log by following these instructions:

The following gives the issue:

You have a "Time in Force" set to "Fill or Kill", and the exchange does not like this. You need to set it to "Day" or "Good Till Cancelled". There are two places to set the Time in Force, one for the parent order and one for the attached orders. Refer to the following:

I switched it back to "day".
