Apex Rithimic stopped data feed althhough account is active and balance is updated

my account with Apex-Rhitmic stopped getting data feed update since last night. i did not change anything in the setting and all seems to be ok but not data since last night Apex confirmed all is active on their end and the account cash balance showing in SC is correct. please advise what coul have caused the dat feed not to work/update? thanks |

The exchange that you had active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group in September, did not automatically renew on October 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account on that day. We see that you have added funds to your account, but that was after the check to renew the exchanges. That check occurs around 00:15:00 UTC time on the first day of each month. And since you do not have the Username/Password entered in the Data/Trade Service Settings for Rithmic, you will not get any data from them.
