These are controlled through the Font settings in "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Fonts". The Message Log and Open Chartbook window are controlled through the setting for "Text Windows". Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: Text Windows - (current font name) The Control Bar text size is controlled through the setting for "Control Bar Text".
