Hello. All of a sudden my entire chartbook is showing delayed data this morning ("Delayed" on title bar of all FDAXZ25-EUREX charts, and running 10-15 mins behind).

I have checked the account and I am all up to date, with Denali/Eurex active, etc... please advise.

Thank you!

My Denali Feed is also 10 minutes behind this morning. All services active and balances paid up.

For some reason I had to activate my exchange data. I've not had this occur before but it resolved my particular issue, just FYI...

User120666:

Your issue was that you needed to redo the "EUREX Non-Professional Certification", which you were notified of in September. Since that was not done at that time, the EUREX exchange did not renew on October 1, 2025.

We see that you have redone the agreement and activated the exchange, so you should be fine now.

Your issue was that you did not have enough funds in your account to automatically renew the exchange on October 1, 2025. Therefore the exchange was deactivated at that time.

Thanks John.

Upon redoing the agreement it has then asked me to pay again for the Eurex fee, but I already had 10+ days remaining (through to the 14th I think) from my last most recent payment. How do I get a refund for the overlap please?

The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, which is different from the packages. Therefore the exchange fees are due on the first day of each month.

The packages renew on a rolling 31 day cycle, where the day of renewal is determined from when you first activated your account. As such, the actual date each month will change as not all months have 31 days in them.
